Nobody has ever seemed happy in the slightest to be working there. The breakfast is horrible. Especially the biscuits for biscuits and gravy.

I have service animals they grilled me on their training whos they were when i was only person checking in demanded they be with me at every point of my stay which since i was checking in and going to store i didnt bring them out of car and put them right back in i also dont take them to the breakfat area but that was pointless cause everything was done with breakfast b4 9 am pool and everything said closed the hallways reeked of carpet fresh but the walls in room had nasty running down them

The staff was Amazing! Our room was not the best. Old beds worn in and broken bathroom handle. TV was pixelated and the walls had pieces chipped out. Shower head squealed the whole time it was on which was annoying and showed curtain wouldn't stay shut which made water go EVERYWHERE. Pool was ok but I got the room because of the hottub and it was boarded up. Very mad about that lie or I would of booked somewhere else tbh....won't be going back

We got there and it was 43 degrees outside and our room window was open. Then the heater didn't work. My husband was freezing all night. In the morning we tried to use the television and it word turn on and then turn right off. I noticed when we were bringing in our stuff that ice machine wasn't working and had a sign on it. I needed to do some stuff on my laptop when we got there and the plugin that was on my light didn't work. When I booked our room I put that it was for 2 adults and 1 pet, however when I confirmed that they knew that we had a dog they charged us an extra $35 fee. That was unexpected. We ended up calling the front desk the next day and they did switch us right away to the room next to us. That room was rather warm and we didn't even turn on the heater. We think there was a dog in there the night before because there was dog hair all over the floor. I realize that we have a dog, however we keep everything clean. I was in bed trying to relax when I saw something moving on the wall. I got up and grabbed a kleenex and killed it, it was a cockroach, so we took all of our stuff and put it in our van and left to drive the 7 hours back home. We didn't even spend our 2nd night there. After we saw the cockroach we were done and had to get out of there.

I realize it was a game night after the Hawkeye's game, but this is nowhere near a $200 a night hotel under any other circumstance. There was a lemon wedge and grime lodged down our bathroom sink. Overall the room just had an old and dirty vibe with a T.V. smaller than the monitor on my desk at work bolted to the dresser. Likely wouldn't book again unless I was looking for a $50 place to simply sleep.

Tried to check in at 545pm, they said the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait an hour in the lobby. The room smelled like smoke but was clean. Tried to find the ice maker but they only had one machine in the lobby and it wasn’t working.
