This was our first time in Iowa. The hotel was incredibly affordable. It was very clean and nice. Check-in was easy, and the person at the front desk was extremely kind and went above and beyond for us. He made us feel very welcomed, and we felt very safe in our hotel. The rooms were extremely clean, very spacious, and nice. It had a microwave, mini fridge, large plasma TV, big beautiful windows, and a huge bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries for us. There was also vending machines, a pool room, and continental breakfast. It was only a 15 minute drive to the Iowa City hospital. This was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional customer service and clean hotel. This deal could not be beat!

The front desk worker swiped my card 5 times leading to over drawing my account and making me have to pay with another card. One of my rooms the tv’s didn’t work and they didn’t give us a option for another room and never came and fixed the tv’s so my teenager couldn’t watch anything and had to watch movies on his phone.

It was very clean and located near a lot of different food options. There are also a lot of decent food options for the breakfast. They could easily charge more for what they offer, so I was very satisfied with my stay.
