We were in a bad situation at 2am with no place to stay and luckily I’m assuming someone must of cancelled they got us into a room and all the staff was so nice and helpful made our situation so much easier. The room was very clean and spacious with everything you need. I diffidently would recommend to anyone and I will go back!

Expedia reservation was never received. There was a “pending charge” on my credit card that I was told would be taken care of and reversed. It was NOT. So I had to call and talk to the manager to have charges reverse since it was already paid via Expedia. I wasted a considerable amount of time with check in, check out, and 2 follow ups.
