Great staff who welcomed us! Room was exceptionally clean. Beds were great and breakfast was excellent. StarBucks within walking distance and lots of other dining.

The bathroom was really bad. We wore our shoes in the shower. The tiles in the bathroom were loose. So, it made this horrible noise every time you went in the bathroom. The carpets were stained and wet. The front desk guy was nice. That was about it.

The property was easy to get to and close to restaurants. It had some issues. The freezer was a solid block of ice so we couldn't use it. Also, one of our towels had a softball size hole in it. The beds were fine and breakfast was good.

Conveniently located off the interstate. Rooms need upgrading. Paint peeling off the ceiling, water damage in the ceiling, towels were clean but old/scratchy. I expect more from HIE.
