Everything was nice, Specially location. The only thing that they need for 5 ⭐ is the Air conditioning. They need to have AC/DC . It's just too hot for having just a fan . Thank you hotel Alameda . 😉

Staff was very friendly. Facilities were very clean and nice. Breakfast available was great! There are no looks or towel racks in the bathroom. No glasses or cups for brushing teeth. One employee offered to look for some, but never did. The next day a second employee did procure us a glass. Overall very good, friendly and professional service.

It was very convenient to the center where you can find different activities to do. Al though, my family who i made the reservation for, informed me that it was hot and needed ventilation. They said that the room was lready hot the minute they opened the door and only a fan was provided which did not help much to cool it off. Other than that they said that they liked the rooms.

The room was very clean and staff was considerate. Excellent value for the money. On the bad side, the hot water was pretty slow. And internet connectivity was bad many times. However, am planning to stay again there in the next trip.
