Lady at reception when I arrived was helpful and polite and professional. Girl at reception when I checked out had poor English and was not very friendly. The Granier cafe adjoining the hotel has very long queues in the morning (20 people on the day of checking out) and service is extremely slow since there is only one girl serving. Cleaning staff were rather noisy from about 8am, which means it is difficult to get any sleep after that.

Lovely hotel. Our room had a terrace with a lovely view and was spacious and clean. There was the option of a buffet breakfast but we went to the attached bakery which was open from 7 to 8:30 in the evening. Great drinks, pastries and snacks. Location is ideal, a short walk to the train station, main shopping area and loads of restaurants. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at Sercotel Córdoba Medina Azahara! The family room was perfect—spacious, clean, and comfortable for all of us. We also appreciated the early check-in, which was a nice surprise and made our trip smoother. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options for both adults and kids. Even though the pool wasn’t heated, the kids absolutely loved it and spent a lot of time there. The hotel’s location is ideal for sightseeing, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, and we'd definitely stay again. A heated pool would be nice, but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment.

The hotel is between the train station and the major sites so location wise, it works well. Breakfast was good. The airconditioner wasn't great although it's summer. The front desk staff was kind and attentive. Would recommend

Great location for family
The location is great to walk around. The food market is open next door to eat. Mezquita is 20 min walk. Old town is across the park. Car was easy to park in front (but there os a reasonable garage too).
