Posizione incredibile a 10 metri dal mare!
La casa e' piccola e molto semplice, i materassi sono malconci e la cucina e' difficilmente utilizzabile, a parte questo la casa e' in una posizione invidiabile, su una spiaggia privata e quando dormi senti il rumore delle onde, impagabile :-)

Absoltue Ruhe direkt am Meer
Es sind vier kleine Ferienwohnungen mit jeweils zwei Schlafzimmern, einem kleinen Duschbad und einer Kochgelegenheit im Mittelraum und einer Veranda. Das Grundstück liegt in einem Pinienwäldchen, direkt neben einer kleinen Kapelle direkt am Meer. Die Unterbringung ist einfach, aber sauber und es funktioniert alles. Am Strand vor dem Garten sind praktisch nur die Familien aus dem Haus. Man kann aber auch im Garten, im Schatten liegen und blickt auf das Meer. Es ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Für uns war es absolut perfekt. Die Kochgelegenheit ist wirklich sehr einfach. Für große Kochaktionen ist es nicht geeignet. Aber es gibt im Dorf eine kleine Taverne und mit dem Auto sind es nur wenige Kilometer bist nach Lefkimi, wo es mehrere Tavernen und Cafés gibt, die augenscheinlich auch von vielen Leuten aus der Gegend frequentiert werden.

Schlaflos in Lefkimmi
Ich würde das Apartment für Familien im Sommer nicht empfehlen. Und das lag vor allem an der unerträglichen Hitze, die in dem Objekt herrschte. Im Inserat steht, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Es steht nicht darin, dass es in der Wohnung fast immer heißer war als draußen. Gerade nachts war das Schlafen bei über 30 Grad sehr schwierig. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, die Töpfe und Pfannen waren aber recht neu; die Kochstelle ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und eine Anleitung wäre hilfreich gewesen. Warmmachen ist in Ordnung, kochen eher weniger gut möglich. Die Zimmer waren ok, das Bad klein und kaum sauber zu halten. Und die Toilette hatte leider einen Sitz, der nicht passte und ständig herausfiel. Wir hatten trotzdem eine wunderbare Zeit dort. Der Verwalter war immer ansprechbar und kommunikativ und die Gegend ist wunderschön. Die Lage direkt am klaren und warmen Wasser ist genau wie beschrieben und der Garten ist in einem guten Zustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Korfu, aber leider nicht an diesen Ort, obwohl er von Lage her perfekt war.

Nicht Tourist, Reisender!
Etwas versteckt, direkt neben der Kirche Agios Nikolaus, befindet sich dieses Kleinod direkt am Meer an einem schmalen, flach abfallenden Strand, naturbelassen. Barfuß kann man links ca. 20 Minuten zum Bouka-Beach mit Taverne gehen. Mehr Luxus geht schon fast nicht. Die Unterkunft ist eher spartanisch aber funktional. Bei der Ankunft hat uns Eva herzlich begrüßt; gleich fühlten wir uns nicht als Touristen, nicht als Reisende sondern als Freunde. Frühstücken kann man am Bouka Beach oder z.B. auch am Hafen (Mietwagen) mit mal mehr oder weniger geschäftigem Treiben bei, ich wage es, mindestens so gutem Kaffee wie in Italien....Am Fluss gibt es einige gute Restaurants; in der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehr zu entdecken..wenn nicht Eva von ihrer Mutter gekochte Pastitsada bringt... Es war kein Urlaub, es war als Mensch anzukommen....

La posizione della casa è ottima. Purtroppo le condizioni dell'appartamento sono pessime. I letti sono con le molle a vista, il bagno è impraticabile. Nemmeno una abat jour per leggere. Niente tv.La cucina ha un forno con le piastre elettriche nella parte superiore di cui una sola funzionante. Nessuna dotazione di cortesia (nemmeno una spugna per lavare piatti, né un minimo di sale, zucchero, spezie. So.o una bottiglia d'acqua). Nessun phon, asse da stiro,ferro da stiro. Di notte il caldo asfissiante senza aria condizionata. Rapporto qualità /prezzo sproporzionato

Paradies!
Ja, die Küche ist 'klein', aber Schatten und Liegen am 'Privatstrand', extrem nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter und die Ruhe machen das längst wieder wett! Und wer Zerstreuung sucht, kann 5 km fahren und ist in der Touri-Hochburg Kavos, von der man in Lefkimmi zum Glück nichts mitbekommt! Gerne wieder!!

Genau das Richtige!
Dieser Platz ist einfach wunderschön, wenn man es ruhig und abgelegen mag. Zum Ort Lefkimmi ist es 1 km, allerdings darf man dort nicht das unglaubliche Nachtleben erwarten. Dieses Angebot ist etwas für Leute, die ihre Ruhe möchten: der Strand gehört nur den Bewohnern dieser kleinen Anlage, jeder hat seine eigene kleine Terrasse, von der aus er in 20 m am Strand ist. Süßwasserduschen auf dem kleinen Plattenweg zurück zur Wohnung spülen schon das erste Salz runter. Die Leute, die sich um die Reinigung etc kümmern, wohnen direkt bei den vermieteten Wohnungen und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Garten mit hohen Bäumen, unter denen wir immer schön im Schatten sitzen konnten. Am Strand stehen Liegen zur Verfügung. Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und haben jeden Tag genossen. Das Einzige, was man wissen sollte, ist, dass die Küche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet ist. Wer Lust hat, sich was zu kochen, muss auf lediglich 2 Gasflammen und wenig Küchenausstattung eingestellt sein. Das ist aber auch schon alles, was ein bisschen kritisch anzumerken ist. Ansonsten: absolut empfehlenswert! Übrigens auch für Familien mit Kindern, die sich selbst genug sind. Wer Rummel sucht, ist hier falsch!
