Floor appeared to have not been vacuumed (including a toenail on carpet) Room was right above the outside playground very noisy. Hours were clearly stated for use. Hotel staff refused to enforce the hours. Hotel seemed to be geared for family. They did not want to encourage parents to control their kids. Room was extremely hot NO AC Would encourage you to look at other options if you want a relaxing clean place to stay

Beautiful setting with easy parking. The check in process was a mess. They only had two people checking in about 12 families at once. Very long lines.

Won’t be back!
Checked in at 4:30pm (after 6 hours of driving) and discovered that our room only had two single beds for 3 people. Notified reception and was told they would get on to housekeeping. 8:30pm came and went, reception told me the manager was dealing with it. 10:30pm and still no bed so I located the manager who look surprised when I told him what was happening. Finally got another bed brought to the room at 11:00pm, 6 and half hours after checking in. My family and I will definitely go back to Cork but we will not be staying in the Radisson!

Hotel was nice but the air con wasn’t working. Asked for a fan but were told that there wasn’t one available. The heat in the room made it uncomfortable to sleep. Tried to order room service but could not get an answer. Overall, only an okay stay. Hotel Pool a winner. Food in bar nice. Staff in the main friendly.

Underwhelming
The online photos and the check in process felt deceptive of how the rooms and amenities were in reality. We planed a relaxation night into our otherwise active 8 day stay in Ireland. We figured a hotel and SPA would provide the reprieve we were looking for. Check in was smooth and the lobby was well kept. However once we were in the actual hotel hallways we were hit with suffocating heat. We were disappointed to find out (like many others) that there is no AC in the hotel rooms. They provide a fan but one that we received was broken and even the front desk admitted they were low on fans. We did get replacement which was nice. However many of the lights in one of our rooms were broken. Additionally, the rooms felt outdated and out of place. Unless you book a room with breakfast included it’ll cost you 15 extra euro per person, for a fairly standard buffet breakfast. We regretted not saving the money and enjoying a local spot for breakfast. Overall we were just left disappointed and let down by our own expectations. Especially since members of our party have really enjoyed other Radisson experiences.
