Staff were exceptionally friendly. Room was big, very clean and bed was very comfortable. Food in the bar was excellent, and very reasonable. Pool was a little cold and the showers/ changing area was not clean.

There were eyelashes in the shower. I understand theres no need for AC in Ireland and ecologically its great so we slept with opened windows. Sadly there were 2 deliveries performed that morning around 0600-0700. We were unlucky with that. Breafast was lesser than expected, lot of choices but not good compared to the others hotels we used in our trip in ireland or other Radisson blu we had last year.

Floor appeared to have not been vacuumed (including a toenail on carpet) Room was right above the outside playground very noisy. Hours were clearly stated for use. Hotel staff refused to enforce the hours. Hotel seemed to be geared for family. They did not want to encourage parents to control their kids. Room was extremely hot NO AC Would encourage you to look at other options if you want a relaxing clean place to stay

Won’t be back!
Checked in at 4:30pm (after 6 hours of driving) and discovered that our room only had two single beds for 3 people. Notified reception and was told they would get on to housekeeping. 8:30pm came and went, reception told me the manager was dealing with it. 10:30pm and still no bed so I located the manager who look surprised when I told him what was happening. Finally got another bed brought to the room at 11:00pm, 6 and half hours after checking in. My family and I will definitely go back to Cork but we will not be staying in the Radisson!

Hotel was nice but the air con wasn’t working. Asked for a fan but were told that there wasn’t one available. The heat in the room made it uncomfortable to sleep. Tried to order room service but could not get an answer. Overall, only an okay stay. Hotel Pool a winner. Food in bar nice. Staff in the main friendly.
