*The property is a semi detached unit , with its own private entrance and backyard.

*This reservation has a Strict cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.

*A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 60 days prior to check-in. Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
*Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties permitted.

*Additional mattress, baby crib, baby bath and high chair is available on request.

* Check out time is at 11AM. Guests are requested to leave the kitchen clean, dishes done and placed
back, where they found them. leave the cottage tidy and all the belongings at their original place. Used towels and linens can be placed in the shower or washing machine area.

*Outdoor shoes not recommended inside. Guests are welcome to wear clean and indoor shoes inside the house.

*Prohibit the kids to draw or write on walls, mirrors or anything else. Any damage done will be charged.

*If guests are using fire pit, they should put down the fire with water when done, for safety purposes.

*We use septic tank system for the sewer disposal, do not throw baby wipes, face wipes or feminine hygiene products in the toilet.

*Guests accompanying pets, must clean after. Make sure yard and other areas are not left messy. Guests should vacuum if their pet sheds a lot. Prohibit the pets from climbing furniture and beds. If their is any damage made during the stay or lot of fur cleaning is needed, amount for the repair and extra cleaning will be deducted from the damage deposit.
*The property is on the water but its not a sandy beach. There's coast wall of rocks to protect the property from soil erosion. No stairs going down.
