Omg it was incredible we loved it the employees go all out to make you feel in heaven there was one employer she even did hair and already done with ther shift that's incredible i think her name was shany that's dedication. I love the food place was wonderful

The location of Yemaya Reefs is divine. We splurged to stay in the luxury casita and it was truly magical. Staff were lovely, food was great. Wine was extremely overpriced so if you plan on having wine with dinner I would suggest bringing your own. Sadly the weather wasn’t on our side but would love to come back and experience this place in all its glory.

I have to be honest and say that I loved this property right up until the end of my stay. One restaurant, that’s fine. Just chill place. Then, on the way back to Big Corn, they decided to use a tiny boat to transport us. We were drenched to the bone and then had to get on a plane immediately afterward. Even when I tried to change clothes at the airport, everything in my suitcase was drenched. I have no idea why they took the small boat, instead of the big one they picked us up in, but it completely ruined my trip and make the whole way home unbearable. So bad.

I enjoyed my stay at Yemaya. It is a BEAUTIFUL property and perfect for when you need a restorative reset. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. I enjoyed the food, beach, pool, and the yoga and meditation sessions. Be prepared for a bumpy ride to Corn Island but this of course contingent on the weather. The hotel arranges all of your transportation to and from the hotel which is very helpful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend you stay here too. You will not regret it.

The Best Hotel in Central America! Unbelievable!
This hotel and island, was one of the best experiences I ever had in my travels. The island is unbelievable, it is un discovered, not developed, very peaceful, no cars, no bikes, etc. The service and management were top tier. Mr. Ricardo is the best! This place has a special place in my heart and I will for sure be back often! Thank you!

Sadly the service and the pricing did not match the view or the location. I can imagine say 6 years ago it really was the place to escape too and relax, todag far from it. The idlsnd itself has been totally disregarded, poor maintence, garbage literally everywhere... no pride in nature , no conservation or maintenance. At the resort the finer attention to detail was lacking ... example forgetting to clean our room, constantly having to ask for water, milk, coffee, clean towels etc. Food poor quality for what wS being charged. Will not be returning nor will we be recommending to others.

A dream!
An amazing experience! If you’re looking for a nice relaxing vacation, this is the place to be! Excellent service and attention from the concierges and staff, and the food was incredible everyday! The rooms are very cute and clean, and so nice to be so close to the beach and wake up overlooking to ocean. Thank you so much for a great experience and hope to return soon!

Super calm and relaxing. The kids that are serving are amazingly polite. Every employee I met from Yamaha reefs beginning with taxi that picks you up from airport is very helpful and treat you like royalty . Great experience for sure

The place is awesome.. The service is good... communication with management not so good... food prices too high...not enough food for ammount of money i paid... A lobster plate had only a mandarine slide size for $35.00 dollars... another thing is that I was not told about the $160 transportation fee up front... Also I waited for a taxi that did not show at the time that I was told by management. Breakfast is $15.00... And menu is in english only.. The place is good, confortable, clean... The staff was nice and well educated..
