Needs cleaning, safety issues, on busy street
Needs cleaning, bedroom lamp hasn't been dusty in a long time, corners of floors have not been wiped out in a long time. This has been the second ABAB this summer that is not clean. I think exiting ABSB individuals are required to clean up, take out garbage etc. to avoid get additional charges, however owners do not do any cleaning after that. Smoke Detector missing, Electrical Extension Cord on top of baseboard heater, and outlets above base board heaters are electrical safety hazard.

Excellent experience
My son and I were planning to go to Stout's parent weekend to visit our freshman. Unexpectedly, I didn't have a dogsitter, so I searched VRBO for a dog-friendly place to stay. It's only an hour away from Stout, and the drive from Menomenie to Cornell was absolutely beautiful and the leaves were changing. We liked it so much, our freshman came to stay the night the 2nd night. The check in process couldn't have been easier. We got a text with our contactless code, which was useful as I showed up late at night on a Friday night. The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed (towels, soaps, etc as well as snacks and coffee/tea). The bed in the main bedroom was great. The host made up the pullout for my son :) My dog felt very comfortable in the space, and we had a lovely time reconnecting as a family. Review of Cornell - very cute town, we visited Sam's diner and Hey Everything while we were there. The drive was well worth the stay. 10/10 - would stay again.

We arrived at night and it was hard to figure out which room was ours. The shower was great. Overall the apartment was good, but the floors and rugs were a bit dirty.

Good location/functional space
I was in town on a hunting trip. I was outside most of the time, most of my time in the apartment was eating or sleeping. The location across the street from a grocery store and brewery are very nice. The property manager was great to work with

We LOVED staying here. Most of our family live within blocks of this apartment and everyone was able to come and go. Visiting with my 93 yr old Mom. Her brother 92, a wonderful time was had by all. Our host couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. Our stay was all so special ❤️
