The dwelling is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A large, beautiful 70 m² double-exposure living room with a functional, fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large, convivial dining table for 14, opening onto the spacious living room with its many sofas and armchairs, wood-burning stove, table soccer, electronic darts and arcade.
- A storeroom behind the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as various cooking appliances (raclette, crepe maker), an ironing board and iron, and household utensils.
On the 1st half-level above :
- A first bedroom with double bed, crib and storage space.
- A library with numerous books. Many board games are also available.
- A spacious bathroom with double washbasin, changing table, corner whirlpool bath and large shower.
- Separate WC
1st floor:
- A large 4-person bedroom with 2 double beds and plenty of storage space.
- A third bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
- A “wellness” room featuring a 4-seater infra-red sauna and a state-of-the-art electric massage chair with multiple programs.
On the 2nd half-level above :
- Two further bedrooms, each with a double and a single bed, and storage space.
- Bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC.
In the basement, a "cinema" room featuring a large screen, overhead projector and PlayStation 4.
Outside:
Outside, you'll find a beautiful garden of approx. 1300 m² with views of the mountains and forests, fully fenced in and planted with trees, complete with a pétanque court, 3 well-oriented terraces and a large 32 m² pergola on one of the terraces.
A barbecue and all garden furniture are at your disposal to make the most of the garden.
For children, there's a play area with 2 slides, 3 swings, a climbing wall and a relaxation area under the raised playhouse.
Located in Cornimont, the house is at an altitude of 600 meters in a very pleasant environment, in a quiet side street and just 750 meters from the start of the Voie verte des Hautes-Vosges. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as restaurants, bars, markets and more. In winter, you can take advantage of the ski resorts (la Bresse - Brabant 6mn, la Bresse - Hohneck 15 mn, Gérardmer 25mn). And the rest of the year, numerous activities (leisure center at Lac de Saulxures sur Moselotte 5mn, Lac des Corbeaux 15mn, Bold'Air 10mn...).
Transportation:
- You can park 1 or 2 cars directly in the garage, and private parking in the driveway is also available for 3 or 4 vehicles, in front of the house garage.
- An electric vehicle charging station with 2 spaces is ideally located less than 500 meters from the house.
- Nearest train station: Remiremont 25.5 km (approx. 26 minutes)

- The wood-burning stove is functional, and wood for a welcome flambé is provided.
- Pets accepted with a maximum of 3 per rental. They are allowed in the living room, garage and outside areas and are not allowed on the upper floors or in the bedrooms. A separation grille is installed to prevent pets from gaining access to the upper floors.
- The entire house is available to travellers, with the exception of the boiler room and cellar storage rooms.
- Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition, clean the appliances after use and empty the bins.
- Bed linen and towels included (beds made on arrival).
- Arrival between 4pm and 8pm. In the event of late arrival, a supplement of 30 euros may be charged by the concierge service.
