Would stay here again!
We had 17 family members stay at the house for a week. The house was great, plenty of space for all! We were close to the beach and to the sound, both just a short walk away.

Lovely, comfortable house!
We had a party of two families, a total of 13 people. It was perfect for us! We had ample bedrooms, the ammenities were just as described. The directions on how to operate the tvs and internet were clear.
Be advised that there are no standard items such as hand soap, garbage bags, napkins, paper towels, extra toilet paper.
There is a Kuerig type coffee maker. (It's an odd brand name, but works great!)
The walk to the beach was a bit far for us, as we had small children, but the parking lot was close, and we enjoyed the clean uncrowded beaches. Being less than a mile from the lighthouse and only 2 miles from the store, was very convenient. The owner is very good about responding to emails quickly. The property managers also responded quickly when we had a problem.

Whale of Fortune Stay 2015
This house was PERFECT for our BIG FAMILY! It was BEAUTIFUL! We Loved the Family Room/Kitchen and Dining Room - Plenty of room for all 18 of us!! The Pool and Deck Areas were PERFECT after going to the beach or as an alternative to being at the beach all day. Couldn't be HAPPIER with our WEEK AT THE BEACH at Whale of Fortune!
NEVER FELT CROWDED at all!! Kitchen had lots of room and was well stocked for cooking at the house!
Walk to Beach was Easy- Good Exercise for all!!
