A lovely refurbished lodge, the 1906 was comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed generous breakfasts and happy hours. Beach, shopping and points of interest are close by.

What a find! The 1906 is in a residential neighborhood, so it’s quiet, but conveniently close to restaurants and shopping in Coronado. Our rooms were huge with double jacuzzi tubs, and stand alone showers. Don’t miss the daily wine and snack happy hour. A shout out to Natalia for great Sangria and service. Our check-in was easy, and our rooms were ready ahead of time. They have covered parking around the corner, which is accessible through the hotel. Our rooms were spotless, and I am super picky. We will definitely be back. Thanks 1906 staff for a great stay!

Almost a perfect stay
Our stay at 1906 Lodge was for celebration of my birthday. The room was clean and comfortable. The sink in the bathroom drained very slow of which I didn't inform management till checkout to avoid maintenance during our stay. The spa tub had two out of six jets working and one jet that worked intermittently. It would have been a perfect stay with perfect memories if the spa tub worked as it should have. Unfortunately, we have the memories that the spa tub didn't work as we anticipated.

Perfect spot to stay in Coronado!
This was the PERFECT spot to stay for our trip to Coronado! Great location, very nice neighborhood & convenient to restaurants, shopping & the beach. Rooms are so nice & clean and the courtyard is simply wonderful! We will definitely stay at 1906 Lodge on our next trip out!

The staff was amazing and so friendly. The property & room was clean and spacious. We received a yummy breakfast in the courtyard and happy hour was included too. It right around the corner from everything walkable in Coronado. They have bikes that guests can use as well. I highly recommend 1906 Lodge!
