Grand place with a few flaws
Great location. Impressive property. Front rocking chairs are decrepit and hazardous. No railings in showers. Rug in Master Suite is falling apart and is dangerous. Put some salt and pepper in those shakers!

Weekend getaway with a zoo sidecar
Location to the Del is fantastic. Front of home is on a side street with street parking 15’ from the master bedroom. Entrance to home is through the backyard/front yard. Nice parking off the street. Most of the bedrooms do not have an attached bathroom. The master bedroom upstairs has a shower built for a super model. Yes very tiny!! House is fairly well equipped inside, backyard fire pit is less then impressive. The building across the driveway has balconies that look into the backyard/ front yard. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a nice place.
