You can hear others talking in the next room. Once was up stairs, the other was across the hall and directly next door. Hotel was very basic/cheaply made. I would not book again.

Common rooms, grab and go, and personnel were all as expected for this chain. The room, however, is in need of a refresh. There were black footprints on the walls. The flooring was marked up. The paint/wallpaper in bathroom was coming loose. Front desk advised they were aware and painters were being hired.
