Wonderful place to stay!
I was highly impressed with my stay. The owners were very responsive. The room and property was clean and very welcoming. The bed was one of the most comfortable I had experienced at any hotel or short term rental. I would 100% stay here again next time I visit Corpus Christi.

Great Spot
The hotel is located in a great spot for visiting Corpus Christi. It is just steps away from the waterfront and a relaxing stroll. Also, there are several dining and entertainment locations within walking distance. One can also quickly drive to anywhere in the area for a day out. Once back from your adventure, you will be greeted by a comfortable room.

Great place!
We had run into an issue with the first room we had. The owner had moved us and fixed the issue within 5 mintues. She was very responsive and helpful. I recommend this place for a couple looking for a getaway weekend. The place was clean, quiet and close to a lot of things. We didn't get to try the restaurant but it smelled really good. The only comment I have is that the elevator was kinda funky. It worked and nothing happened you just have to hold bottons after the door closes or you won't move. It also went to the wrong floor once.

Quiet, comfortable stay, short walk to all
Clean, comfortable, spacious, renovated room #5. Was initially given wrong door code but host was quick to respond with correction. In-room coffee/tea, snacks and water provided. Also provided ear plugs but I did not need them.

Could of been nicer (but would recommend)
To be be completely transparent, the room needs an upgrade. The bed was very old and has huge dip in the middle, and door handle was falling off. Bathroom and was comfortable and was over all “clean” but definitely needs to be upgraded. It’s close to lots of fun things to do around the area such as local bars and restraunts and other “touristy” things so I don’t want to knock it to hard. I would recommend staying here with only 1 person such as your significant other. Aside from that there isn’t much room for a child or children. 4 out of 5 stars.

Great time with a friend!
Spent 3 nights with my college roommate and had a fantastic time! The amenities and setup was perfect for 2 people and the owner was immediately accessible with any questions we had. Would come back immediately with any return trips!

Ok for short stay maybe...
First off, I must state that the owner is very responsive and easy to get hold of, quick to respond. The very 1st day, the code I was given to get in did not work. This happened again on my last night there. Also, the code I was given for the outside main entrance was inaccurate/didn't work, and I felt scarred out there in the dark waiting for a working code. It is downtown Corpus Christi, close to lots, but also I saw homeless people talking to themselves out in the restaurant's parking lot at night, which made it creepy. I was also the ONLY one in the hotel on most nights (there was a bridal party there one night//and with my room next to the "conference room, and the head of my bed sharing a wall with that room, the early weekend awakening for bridal party's hair and makeup was annoying, as was 2 separate dinner parties held there on 2 other evenings. My 2nd night there, there was loss of power in the whole downtown area..The problem was that the owner had to come at 3 am to pry open the window since it was stuck. The "picturesque window" is very dirty, and the main view is of the adjacent hotel's parking garage. There was no drawers for night stands, poor storage space in restroom, though plenty of room to put some sort of shelves in there. There was no fluffy white comforter, no ceramic coffee mugs, no robe on the bed, no water bottles like on pictures..It really wasn't stocked for a 6 night stay and I had to state this and request more towels, coffee.. The reason I don't plan on staying here again is that the place gave me a weird sort of vibe, like the movie "Red Rum" with jack Nicholson! As I walked through deserted hotel to my room, I passed mirrors and carpeted areas, always worried about whether or not my door code would work, worried someone might have found a way into the hotel. Great Location and Clean
We loved the location of this place. Within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very clean and comfortable. The Thai restaurant below has amazing food and drinks. Loved the breakfast snacks in our room along with the great coffee. We will be back to stay and eat again at the Thai restaurant.

Chic boutique hotel minutes from corpus christi bay
Lovely hotel just minutes from the Corpus Christi bayfront. Owner is prompt with questions and nightly dinners downstairs at Vietnam restaurant was a bonus.

A wonderful find
I absolutely loved staying here. It was very quiet and clean. I hope to stay again sometime. My only complaint is that the coffee maker basket wasn’t clean so I had to go out and get my morning coffee.
