Furniture pretty outdated in room & carpet. Still enjoyed overall. The kids loved the indoor pool & hot tub. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! Housekeeping staff member was very friendly & helpful few times when needed. (Didn't get his name) Lobby area very nice & spacious with several tv's. Would stay there again.

Needs a major overhaul. Carpet and furniture felt dirty. I didn’t want to walk around without shoes on. Faucet handle in shower had a hole in it and the shower felt dirty. Room felt clammy even with air conditioning on, including sheets.

Staff , Amanda, greeted us as we arrived inside. She was so helpful as she told us about the free breakfast and happy hour. She gave us directions to the ice machines , the pool and the lobby area. The room as super clean, big and the bed was so comfortable!

Best hotel ever!!
This is absolutely my favorite hotel anywhere. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the kitchen staff, housekeepers, and bar personnel to the front desk check in! We are always recognized and welcomed back. They remember our room preference and sometimes our names. It is so nice to have people glad you are there. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurant has excellent food. I will only stay here when in Corpus! Shout out to Jacob and Joe!

Room was nice! However…
Room was nice and clean, front desk team was super nice my only big issue was the bartender. His name was Joe and he was super super rude and unfriendly. Yelled at people to not get in the way of the kitchen and was just super dismissive. He was also supposed to be training a newer girl at the bar ( I assume because she said it was her third day, she did awesome though) and wasnt helpful to her at all when she was asking him questions, basically ignored her and told her to tell me and several others that “we dont serve that just read the menu” which again, was rude and dismissive. he would also leave her alone to take care of a big line of people by herself while he stood back and only talked to a couple at the end of the bar, which didn’t help that new girl at all. he really needs to find another job that doesn’t require him to interact with people, or learn to get better at it. other than that, everything was fine, but for $150+ a night i would've liked a nicer bartender.

Dirty room but helpful manager.
Courteous check-in and quickly made it to first room. Very strong mold and mildew smell. Wife rejected. Moved to different room and smell was OK. When wife pulled back the sheets after we were both ready for bed she noticed a stain that she deemed to be semen on the sheet and on the mattress protector in the same location. She immediately said we were not staying in a room with a dirty bed. I contacted the front desk and the manager was very apologetic and offered to find us another room. At this point my wife said we were leaving this hotel and them an agent very graciously immediately agreed and told us he would reverse the charges. We immediately booked another room nearby at another hotel where we were satisfied with the room.
