This charming duplex home is built for families that want to relax together. This getaway is less than a half mile from the heart of Rockport, so it's easy to check out the eclectic shops, tasty restaurants, and local grocery stores that make this coastal city so unique. While in town, check out Rockport Beach or the Aquarium at Rockport Harbor, Inc., within one mile. For even more beach fun, drive just over one mile to Rockport Beach, Texas's first Blue Wave Beach, built for accessibility and harmony between people and the environment.

Each bedroom features a ceiling fan, in addition to the central air-conditioning, that will help everyone kick back with ease. Relax on the wide-built deck and take in some sunshine. Cook up delicious meals inside the full kitchen and enjoy them at the cafe-style table surrounded by shiplap. In addition to a TV in each bedroom, you can relax with your favorite show on the TV in the plushly decorated living area. A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available for younger guests. The private washer/dryer will help take care of the swimsuits and travel clothes. All you have to do is relax!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
