I had previously stayed here once. It was nothing special but affordable and clean on that occasion. After my most recent stay, I will no longer stay here again.
ISSUES IN ORIGINAL ROOM BOOKED
Moldy & Leaky Kitchenette—Our room had an overwhelming smell of mold. Upon looking under the kitchen sink, it was evident that a large amount of water was leaking under the sink, which was the source of the horrible smell that started making our throats scratchy. (Photo included)
White Substance on Bed- A white substance was on the bed skirt. I have no way of knowing what it was, but after seeing it, it's hard to imagine it as being anything other than bodily fluid. (Photo included)
Dirty Floors- Upon wiping some water off the floor, it was also evident that the floors in this unit had not been cleaned in a very long time. (photo included)
ISSUES IN THE NEW ROOM
Due to availability, the motel moved us to another room without a kitchenette. Thankfully, we had not gone grocery shopping, so this was not a huge deal. However, a room without a kitchen is cheaper than a room with one, so we were told we had to deal with this price difference through Expedia. More on that later.
MORE FILTH- The new room did not smell like mold but was still disgusting. The walls had never seen a cleaning rag.
