Restaurant was “not” good. Expensive and the food was very sub-par; despite appearing on paper menu to be top tier gourmet. It’s not! Go somewhere else to eat.

Beautiful property and restaurant. Wifi didn't work in the rooms (and their tech folks couldn't help) and our balcony door wouldn't open and let us out (they gave us a free movie for the door). We would stay there again. Staff bent over backwards to help us in every way.

Our stay was average, not as good as I would have expected for an Omni. The AC was not operating correctly, even the engineer who came to check it acknowledged there seemed to be an issue but the only other room we were offered was right by the steer where there is high traffic noise at night. Valet took entirely too long, 30+ minutes at one point. Bed was hard and uncomfortable and we had to ask for more wash cloths both nights we were there. They only left two even though we were checked in with 3 people. The hot tub had caulk around it that was not dry and hot on our clothes. There was plenty of food and fun little amenities like racquetball, but not sure I would stay again.

Took a late anniversary trip. Always enjoy staying at the Omni. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only issue we had, with this stay, was the inconsiderate guests leaving their dogs in the rooms. The constant barking, whimpering and even some howling was not very peaceful. I love dogs, but if a person is not prepared to take care of them do not bring them.
