The staff was friendly. We atrived early and realized the unit we were assigned was in the back anf very clustrophobic. Upon calling them (mo one was at the office), the lady agreed to put us in a different available unit. We jad to explore atound to find the walk way to the beach but it was very convenient. I probably will consider staying hete again.

The vottage was si comfortable and quiet. Very easy check in and out. Really wanted to fish. The pier was in great shape but the fishing was no good. Nothing but bait grabbers. Taljed with several others and they had no luck either. Probably just not the right time of year.

We arrived within business hours yet no one was in office. The room smelled like mildew and the bathtub wasn’t clean there was hair in it. The room didn’t have soap for washing hands or body and didn’t have a blow dryer

On arrival our cottage had slick slimy floors, cobwebs on the refrigerator next to the sink, ants in n the counter top, cobwebs in the vaulted ceiling. Bathroom and bedroom look like it had water damage at one point. Pool was closed when we arrived, they said it was being treated with chemicals but would clear up soon. Saturday when the pool was opened the water looked the same from the day before when it was closed. The property is conveniently located to a lot in town, they do have a nice pier to fish and grills to cook on. Would like to see better couches and chair in the cottages, when the property was sold to current owners they removed the ice machines, soda machine and the pool area landscape was reduced to just being bland. It has lost some of its charm from the old owners, changing it to an air b and b is probably the reason behind it. It was just an average stay.

The villa is very big and it has everything you need. The only thing it’s some things need to be updated. It has many light switches with tags under to know what light each switch belongs too but they are fading away. The dryer doesn’t really dry anymore. The bed and bunkbed from room #2 make so much noise when moving it’s annoying. Never been to rock port before went with my family and small children the pool amaizing but it’s pretty deep so take your life jackets. The house is beautiful there is not much to do in town but it’s great to relax and from what I saw fishing is something big.
