Welcome to Spinnaker 317! This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on North Padre Island and is a quick 3 min drive to the beach! The view from this area is one-of-a-kind! With views of the canal, waterfront deck, a reserved boat slip (up to 24'), community pool, and decked area! Enjoy the island breeze on the deck while watching boats pass by through the canal and people fishing off the dock!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
Check-inn time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by4 pmm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair,r or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

Just okay
It’s a much older property and needs a lot of TLC for the condo and entire property. Could use a complete overhaul in my opinion. The condo was nice size and decorated cute. Limited items in kitchen, third floor was quite a haul with two kids back and forth. Patio is tiny and shared, not much to speak of. We had a pest problem and the AC went out while we were there. Property manger was super easy to work with and resolved issue as quickly as possible. But we won’t likely return to this location as there are quite a few better/newer options in the area.
