We had two small children. I guess made to much noise. The room below us complained. And service desk called us. Next time when someone comes in with kids. Put them on the first floor. Shower is broke. Other then that it was a good place to stay

Was my first time staying at Tru hotel amd was very impressed. Was clean, they welcomed me with great customer service and i did not have anything negative to say about the room or common area cleaness if thats even a word.

Love the lobby area, with the pool table, breakfast was great! I got the bigger of the 2 rooms with the dbl queen beds, however upon checkin the rooms ac wasnt working and the mini fridge was leaking. Front desk was helpful they just switched us rooom BUT they gave me a smaller room than i reserved for.

I know that this hotel is bargain for what you pay but you guys are missing some basic amenities . That ironing board is made for kids . Ironing board was a joke . No microwave not good .
