On the gorgeous Cinnamon Shore development, you're just a short walk to the beach, pools, and nearby restaurants and cafes. Enjoy beautiful Mustang island and the town of Port Aransas with your friends and family in this roomy 2 story condo with cathedral ceilings, 2 king bedrooms, and tons of space for kids in the heart of Cinnamon Shore's original Town Center! You’ll love it because of the location, the high ceilings, and the views. It's a great place for groups and families with kids!

Two kings downstairs with desks in case you need to sneak some work in, a private queen suite upstairs, a large built-in bunk station (2 twins over 2 doubles with 2 double trundles - sleeps 10), all of these beautiful bedrooms feature decadent beds and luxurious linens. Enjoy a gourmet inspired “dream kitchen” and 3 outdoor viewing decks. Two independent entertainment areas give kids and adults thankful flexibility and privacy. Both living areas feature new thin 60” flat screen TV’s with a family friendly DVD collections. Upstairs living area features Xbox 360 and Kinects for gaming and a little fun competition.

In addition to the 3 amazing balconies, there are three free swimming pools (Kiera's, Dune, and Stillwater (heated)) as well as the Great Lawn and Lake Colby, all of which are right next door. There are also two dune bridges that allow pedestrian and golf cart access to the beach just a short walk away. There are two cafes (C-Bar and Seaside), one restaurant (Lisabella's), and frequently live music during the weekend in the high season. There is also a small workout gym with two Peloton bikes. If you need recommendations, we'll be available to provide them otherwise you'll have complete privacy. We'll provide you with a door code before you arrive, so you'll have super quick and easy access to the house.

Port Aransas, Texas, is a charming coastal town renowned for its beautiful beaches and laid-back vibe. This area offers a range of outdoor activities such as fishing, bird watching, boating, and beachcombing. Visitors and residents alike can explore the scenic Mustang Island State Park, where miles of unspoiled shoreline await. The town's dining scene reflects its coastal location, with numerous seafood restaurants and casual eateries offering locally-sourced fare. Walking around and golf carts are the way to get around once you arrive. There are plenty of businesses including Cinnamon Shore that rent out golf carts so that you can get to and from any place on the island.

We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM
2) No smoking allowed (of any kind) including on balconies ($350 fine)
3) No loud noises after 10 PM
4) No events or parties.
5) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $100. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $250. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
6) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
7) Minimum age requirement is 25
8) If you do not check out on time (10AM) you will be charged an additional night
