This is a cute hotel/motel, however the cleaning staff needs to do a better job. Not sure it’s worthy of $200+ per night.

It did not look or feel clean for it being a newer property. The toilet is very loud. It was inexpensive, convenient and easy.

The hotel is new and very modern and we would rate it as excellent. A couple things we noted was the area to hang a garment bag was small with just 2 hooks, the exterior door sill was not sealed and the barn door style bathroom door also had gaps so not so private.

Great overall stay!
This fairly new hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. I would have easily given it a 5-star rating across the board, but unfortunately, the room wasn't as clean as expected. The shower wall, in particular, could have been more thoroughly cleaned, as there were some unpleasant remnants from previous guests. It's a small detail, but one that significantly impacts the overall experience. Despite this minor issue, the hotel's other amenities and service were excellent

Comfortable, clean room that seemed to be fairly newly built. The hotel seemed to be mostly booked out, but it was quiet with parking available right in front of our room door. It was a short drive to plenty of food and shopping as well as other places to see.

This is a brand new Motel style hotel. It was incredibly nice. Great location right across from Corte Madera. Would 100% stay here again.
