A Decent Cheap Place to Sleep
Being a family trip, we had three rooms. They were clean, but each had funky little things such as a lamp with no bulb, a remote missing a battery, filters needing to be changed in the AC unit and others. There was construction going on, so the place looked a little shabby overall, with occasional banging and bumps. Otherwise, the staff were professional and accommodating. And the hot breakfast was okay.

The staff were very courteous and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The property was under renovation, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the fans for the bathroom and air conditioner sounded like they were close to breaking, and both the bathroom door and front door didn't close well. I don't think we'll be staying here again.

Easy two night stay to see Mesa Verde nearby, great central location. You get what you pay for here, budget-friendly basics. They’re in the middle of renovating rooms, please add a shelf of some sort to the showers. I didn’t like having all my travel tubes on the shower floor, felt off.
