MASTER EN SUITE – KINGSIZE Posturepedic bed in a gorgeous dresser set, 2 giant “His & Hers” walk-in closets, double room bathroom with double walk-in shower and large vanity, crawl bathtub in the other section of bathroom. Mini fridge and Smart/Roku TV with all the channels!

SECOND BEDROOM – EXTRA LARGE BUNKBED/TWO FULL SIZE MATTRESSES. Very comfortable designer couch that turns into a single bed, large flat screen TV. Lots of big windows with great views and next to second bathroom.

OUTDOOR LIVING AREA: Faces the canal and is SPACIOUS & WONDERFUL, COMPLETELY SCREENED-IN and POURS RIGHT INTO THE POOL CAGED-IN AREA with extra-large pool deck! There are two Living Rooms, dining room, game room with ping pong table, horse shoes, croquette, six burner BBQ grille, lots of Adirondacks and zero-gravity chairs. The patio furniture is “Top-of-the Line” Designer Lead’s Casual.

THE POOL: I custom designed the pool with all the bells and whistles; water falls,lights, extra-large sun shelves, and state-of-the-art equipment. A real treat!

GARAGE: Full equipped with six bicycles, kayaks, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and floats, boat and fishing supplies, more games, ice chests, Frisbees, footballs, and more vacation supplies.

PARKING: Four car driveway and plenty of side yard parking especially for boats and trailers.

EXTRA GUESTS: Full size blow-up mattresses with electric inflator, and lots and lots of high quality designer beddings, linens, and big fluffy pillows.

The largest PICKLE BALL facility in Floida is 5 minutes drive at GT Bray Park!! The rates are very reasonable and the park is huge and offers everything!

Great location and property.
It’s an awesome location! The hangout area on the lower level is really cool, and it’s in closed which is so nice. It’s 2 completely separate levels with separate kitchens and bathrooms. Great for 2 families! The pool area is so nice. The canal access for boats and kayaks is so nice. The proximity to the beaches on AMI and Coquina is so nice. The host is so nice. Great property.

great weekend!
We had a small family group, along with my little dog, and this was the perfect place! We fished from the dock, cooked on the grill, and enjoyed both the patio beneath and the balcony patio. The heated pool was the best! The location was very close to beautiful Bradenton and Anna Maria Island beaches in a quiet neighborhood. Jackie was the most wonderful host! We will definitely be back for a longer stay!!

Great Property
We were a group of 6 adults that stayed at this property for 6 days. We couldn't have been happier with the location! It was within walking distance of a couple of restaurants and just 1/2 mile across the bridge to popular Bridge Street. It was very well stocked with everything that you need for cooking and grilling. Our favorite place was the outdoor pool space with plenty of seating and dining, which was perfect! The owner was very, very easy to work with and very responsive! Highly recommend this property!

Great place
My family was very pleased with this property. Between the downstairs open area with its nice lounge space and pool, and the upstairs TV room, this place enables a vibrant atmosphere to spend time with others. As boat owners, it was nice to be right next to the canal with direct access to the sea. Both kitchen spaces were surprisingly well equipped with tools and quality appliances. The property Ideally located to everything you could want while on vaction, shopping, dinning, beaches, water sports and other vacation adventures. The covered pool and patio area was perfect for those like me who prefer to lounge poolside vs at the beach. Birthday Girls Weekend Away
Layout of the first and 2nd floor is awkward with only 1 set of keys for each floor. Steps to 2nd floor is very difficult for elderly to walk up and down. Floors could have been cleaner and front yard is all rocks so not dog friendly to walk and no lights across the street at night to walk the pet. Sprinklers across the street came on and flooded the limited grass area to walk pet and both of us got soaked.

Perfect canal house
Great place with two separate sleeping areas that are perfect for 2 small families to share. The pool area is awesome, and having a private boat ramp and dock on the property made it a 10 out of 10. We brought our 25ft pontoon boat and used it everyday. We had the A/C quit in the top unit, but a phone call late at night to Jackie, and she had a repairman there first thing the next morning. Would stay there again 100%.

Fun weekend for my 93 year old mom and my 6 brothers and sisters. Our place was very very clean. Great location. Pool was great! Jackie was great with communication. We had 4 vehicles and there was plenty of parking.

Wonderful Trip!
Excellent experience for the whole family! This rental has something for everyone! Pool for the kids, dock for your boat with super easy access to the bay! Within a mile of the beach! Home is big enough for everyone with even a separate downstairs one bedroom complete unit! Immaculately clean, with all kinds of extras. And Jackie is the best! She communicates extremely well and is so helpful and enthusiastic about making sure you have a great stay. I can’t say enough good things about the experience! We will be back soon.

Jackie is an amazing host We left a cell phone behind and she was gracious enough to go to to UPS and overnight to us Location is awesome You can walk up the road to the reasturant which is on the water and food is great. Awesome gem within minutes of island fun!
This property had a little bit of everything that met all of our family needs and wishes! Heated and enclosed pool with fun floats, right on a canal where we fished and observed all kinds of creatures, two kitchens and living areas and plenty of space to move about! Would highly recommend to any family considering a stay in this area!

Amazing vacation rental!!
Jackie was amazing to communicate with and always available when we had questions. The house was fantastic and met our every need. Location was perfect we could walk to the seafood shack for great Mahi tacos and grouper also delicious 5$ cocktail specials every day. Also a short walk to tide tables restaurant for great food and drinks, both places on the water! The house is right on the end of the Cortez bridge which leads to AMI so very easy drive to all the beaches. The house itself is well appointed, 2 kuregs an awesome grill and dishwashers and laundry. 2 couples shared the house my husband and I loved the full apartment on the first level leading yo the canal and AMAZING completely screened in heated pool which we used daily❤️ Our friends took the 2nd floor with a private screen porch 2 bedroom 2 bath full kitchen. We will definitely be booking again!! Thanks Jackie 💕

Great stay in Cortez. Walking distance to restaurants on the water. Clean. Good neighborhood. On a canal w/ a boat ramp and dock. Plenty of parking. Host was excellent. 3 minute drive to the beach. Basically 2 places in 1. The separated 1st floor is like a big nice apartment. Perfect for multiple guests who want a little privacy. Nice pool and porch area. Definitely will stay there again!

Nice place
This was a nice vacation home. The layout is interesting as there is basically a one room apartment downstairs that is completely separate from the rest of the house (only stairs are outside). Some things were not working but Jackie was responsive and tried as best she could to help. We unfortunately had to leave 2 days earlier due to a hurricane evacuation, but we had fun while we were there. The outside living space was the best, but the no seeums prevented us from using it in the evening/nights. Price of being on the canal I guess.
