Although the property itself was okay and the room was sufficient, the pool was closed which was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. We were also awaken at midnight with a fire alarm and had to evacuate the building in the rain... Not an ideal experience.

Comfort but Insecure
The hotel was newly renovated and comfortable. The only issue I want to add is the fact that they do not keep all entrance doors locked during the day and evening. Which can be a security issue for its customers.

Selected this hotel because despite having a kitchenette the price was considerably less than nearby hotels. Our room was great and the staff even helped make my son's first visit from the tooth fairy extra special! Will definitely stay again!

No hot water for our shower, pool not available which was a reason I booked the room but not informed at time of booking. Also the Directv remote did not work properly. The lady at the desk made every effort to get it to work. She eventually gave me one to power on and work the volume and another to change the channels. Also a more comfortable chair to sit in would be noce

The windows in my room were coated with some substance so you couldn't see through them. The hotel was in an ugly area. I reported that the lotion dispenser was not working and no one responded. The indoor pool was closed until further notice. The kitchen had no cutlery, or anything else. The bathroom door didn't close properly.

Hello, stayed in the area for a college orientation. Check in and check out easy. Room was ckean and comfortable. O b ly thing i thought was weird no elevator. I was travelling with my elderly mother so a bit of an inconvenience , but not a deal breaker. Full size fridge in room as well.

smelled like sewage in the room. very musty and moldy. ceiling was swollen - looked like a water leak about to burst. had to shut off AC because of mold smell coming from register. Decor was new and was very clean - maybe just got a bad room
