Ski Weekend

We enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect for skiers. The shuttle is convenient too. The house was clean, and perfect for our family of 4.

Comfortable house and Great Owner

Condo was very comfortable, location was perfect, Kelly couldn't have been more accommodating. She was very responsive, check-in/out was seamless. I rented a few VRBO properties and Kelly could provide lessons to other owners on "How to Operate Efficiently".

Townhouse w/ skiing directly behind

Nice townhouse. Very close to Greek Peak Ski Resort. Kids really liked watching the New Year’s Eve Fireworks from the deck. Would stay again.

Very clean and quiet. Close to skiing, the water park and Gutchess Lumbar Sports Park. Very thoughtful with paper products, towels, sheets and soap and shampoo. Extra bonus…heated bathroom floors!

Great place to stay for baseball tournaments or ski!

We stayed over a Lumberyard baseball tournament weekend. Beautiful views and this updated condo was perfect for our family with a great TV room, nice kitchen with breakfast bar, and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed being close to Hope Lake Lodge and eating at Carver’s steakhouse and picking up pizza to bring home at Greek Peak. Short drive to Gutchess Baseball fields and close to downtown Cortland. Will stay again!

Better than advertised

The property was clean and had everything you could need. Property manager was quick to respond to initial questions and provided clear instructions. The pictures do not do this place justice. I would highly recommend. The setup was great for 2 adult couples and could have accommodated a couple kids if they were a little older in the loft.
