The staff were amazing. They learned about why we were traveling and always asked how our day had been. The breakfast had good options. I ussd the fitness room and laundry, all without problems. This would be my #1 choice of where to stay next time we are in town.

Large clean rooms and friendly staff. I travel a lot and getting hot shower water quickly is an issue but here the shower hot water came out fast, didn’t have to wait on it.

My fiance & I really enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Inn while we were there. In the evenings the front desk always had the fireplace going & served cookies at the front desk. Breakfast was included in our stay, which was offered at the beautiful dining area off the main lobby. It consisted of potatoes, eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles & more! The staff was always so friendly & helpful. The housekeeping service did a great job making sure our room was clean & fresh with new linens & towels. The pool, hot tub and fitness room were a great addition, as well as laundry facilities. The hotel was a convenient walk across the street to Denny's restaurant/bar, which was great for dinner & drinks. I definitely would recommend this hotel, worth every penny.

Great stay - super clean
On arrival, we were slightly concerned when we saw the 90's exterior vibe and the adult store next door but once you walk into the lobby, our concerns vanished. This hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and quiet throughout our 3-night stay. Housekeeping is every other day but they will arrange daily service if requested. Typical hotel breakfast served daily. Lots of parking. Everything was very clean. The desk staff were all amazing - very attentive, friendly and helpful. The location is super easy and minutes away from restaurants, coffee, etc. Pool, spa and the breakfast looked good but we didn't partake. I would highly recommend.

The property was great the service was great. We were greeted by Cindy who Was amazing. They even had fresh cookies for the kids upon arrival at close to 10pm. The breakfast was delicious. The staff went over and beyond. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice facility, very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Adult store next door was not an issue. Only entry access to the build is the front door. All other doors are exit only and the back side parking area has been gated off. Guess the area may not be the nicest, although it did not feel unsafe. Room was large, clean and had real glassware for coffee and waters, nice touch. Wouls stay again if in the area
