This old stable renovated in 2021 has combined modernity and old-world charm (floor tiles, beams, bread oven, etc.).
The cottage opens onto a large, bright living room of 55m² with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.), large dining area, and a comfortable lounge area with television. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the ground floor also consists of a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a bathroom with adapted shower and toilet.

You will be charmed by the room dedicated to well-being and its old bread oven (not functional): 2-seater reclining whirlpool bath with mood lighting and sound (limited to one use per day). This room is available privately for the duration of your stay.

Upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm double bed and the other with two 90x200cm single beds that can be put together to form a large double bed), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink unit, and a separate toilet.

The upper floor is accessible by a spiral staircase (which can be a little steep for some).

Enjoy the enclosed garden without vis-à-vis with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs, swings ... and the activities offered on site: molky, pétanque court with pétanque balls provided, badminton set.

With this cottage near Angers, you will be 25 minutes from the banks of the Loire and the vineyards of Anjou and 50km from Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir. Fontevraud Abbey and Azay le Rideau Castle are less than an hour away. For family activities, head to Terra Botanica Park and Anjou Aventure Park in 15 minutes or La Flèche Zoo in 30 minutes.

5km from the cottage, you can spend a pleasant day on the banks of the Loir with its equipped beach, picnic tables, children's games, guinguette, and the possibility of fishing, ... (supervised swimming in July-August).

Stay with baby, complete equipment on request: bed, changing table, bathtub, barrier, high chair.

Wifi internet connection, a bicycle storage room and the possibility of parking your vehicle there. No charging possible for electric vehicles in the cottage. Classic electric terminal in Seiches (3 km).
