You will have access to the home and the large yard area nearly 1 acre. Has private off-street parking for 3 cars. Nice hot tub, cozy area to have a small fire outside and enjoy the entire home at a reasonable cost! Please remember this a sweet older home, not perfect but very affordable.

1/4 mile of the road is gravel and on a hill. During good weather, all cars and trucks have no issue.

For winter, during periods of snow, we recommend an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive.
