Showed up to property after event and they didn’t have any rooms available that fit my reservation. Only had 1 double bed avail. It was late and they offered no help. Ended up having to locate another property to stay in. Don’t recommend!

Overall our stay was great. A few hiccups here and there but I will say that they need to get a new company to do their laundry washing because their bed sheets had stains. Not like dirty stains but like when you wash clothes and there’s suds stains. The room was clean, staff was awesome, A/C was amazing and the overall experience was pretty good. I’d definitely would stay here again.

We arrived really late in the evening and when my husband went inside to check in he wasn't welcomed and was treated like he didn't "belong" there... finally my husband told them he had a reservation and then we received help. Also, we were given a room on the 2nd floor with a terrible view of nothing but a roof with AC units and gravel rock. The room was clean, but a few tears in the couch cushions. $12 for two crappy coffees and $40 to park overnight at the hotel you are staying at. It was an okay stay.

Great Time
Our stay at the hotel was great, we always loved to stay there. The staffs were friendly. This time I experienced the usb port was not working so I can’t charge my phone and the iron board cover was all ripped off but the room service never reported it to get it changed.

Not worth the price!
The money we paid for room not worth it. Almost $300 a night and the room is so small, the carpet has stains. The bench inside room so stained and sofa bed’s cloth not comfortable to sit. The sofa bed to sleep on not comfortable at all, made so much noise with a slight movement. Overall not happy. The pool is small for 211 rooms, and it was not even clean, water looked dirty. Wish it was better for what we paid for.
