An excellent stay for the price. The bed was very comfortable. The shower head was strong. The water was hot.The area was quiet. No problem with parking at all. There were plenty of drawers, but there was no closet. The microwave in the mini fridge were great. Check in was quick and easy. Free wifi..

This mom and pop little motel is located right off the highway, but the nicest thing I can say is it's just a hop to the OC event fairgrounds....The room was clean, minimalist....the mattress was comfy and the pillows were perfect....the staff were as pleasant as you could ever hope for....the exterior was in deplorable conditon.

The bathrooms were nice and had been newly remodeled, noticed ants in the shower, the bespread looked old and dingy, **room door did not close flush, not hung properly, and light seeped through the door jam. Room was hot, windows were left open and it took an hour to cool the room down. My husband had to walk over to the ARCO just to get us a cup of coffee in the morning, none offered either in room or lobby, which did not exist.
