Cozy and comfortable two-bedrooms apartment with A/C in "Casa Conca Azzurra" not so far from San Lorenzo al Mare in the heart of the Riviera dei Fiori.

The village is a very popular tourist destination, but at the same time it is not crowded during the summer time and offers of all tourists the right choose without missing out on a beach holiday. In the surrounding there are a lot of bars and pizzerias where you can taste typical Ligurian and traditional Italian cuisine.

The popular cycle path, which connects San Lorenzo al Mare with Ospedaletti (to which the apartment has almost direct access - 3km), runs close to the sea and offers a 24km route between the two landscapes: the sea on one side and the hinterland on the other side.

The lodging enjoys a convenient location halfway between Imperia and Arma di Taggia, ca. 3km far from the first beach. The area offers private beaches and many free beaches where water sports such as surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing are played.

You can reach in a short distance popular tourist destinations such as Sanremo, Taggia, Triora, Bussana Vecchia, Montecarlo, Nice and Cannes.

The apartment is on the first floor of a land house at has good comfort, it is always well cleaned and equipped... convenient to the beach. It consists of a bright living room with a large sofa bed; a kitchen corner with everything you need; two bedrooms; a bathroom with a shower. All guests have at their disposal: refrigerator with freezer, oven, kettle, washing machine, hairdryer, independent heating, air conditioning and private parking. 

The apartment has also a private balcony with deckchairs overlooking the sea.

Ideal for families with children! Pets are not allowed.
