Furniture is super old and rusted, towels are REALLY OLD smell humid, NO HAND TOWELS OR shampoo or soap. They don’t offer any amenities. Wall lamps rusted and falling apart. Not even one decoration in any wall. Sofa bed old and dirty. Rooms smell humid. Front desk is falling apart old and not welcoming!!! I think this place used to be beautiful but it’s never been updated. The pool is rusted all around. Simply disappointing!!!

En general, nos gusta las habitaciones son muy amplias, pero ya el mobiliario está en muy mal estado (las puertas, cajoneras, tina de baño, etc) demerita... La comida del bufete no era muy variada... No hacen postres solo pasteles... Algunos empleados son groseros con los mismos huéspedes por no contar con el servicio todo incluído... Hay una nueva alberca solo para adultos y vigilan celosamente que no ingresen niños, yo diría que tampoco se debe dejar entrar adultos dónde se bañan los niños. 🤔... Hay mucho por mejorar... Espero atiendan las solicitudes.

Bastante viejo y descuidado, urge remodelacion
El hotel es bonito pero esta sumamente descuidado y sucio. Las cortinas de la habitación ya estaba hasta fusionada con el cortinero debido al óxido y suciedad, pareciera nunca las lavan. El cuarto amaneció con una cucaracha muerta (quien sabe cuantas más tenga). El baño apestaba a coladera, la luz ni prendía correctamente y el aire acondicionado sonaba muy ruidoso como siendo viejo. Al momento de hacer check in nos dejaron las llaves inactivas y dos días después (antes de check out) las volvieron a inactivar, muy mal servicio. Su "todo" incluido esta limitado a bebidas qué él hotel selecciona y que no son lo mejor la verdad, adicional la comida estaba o muy salada o faltante de sal, muy mal sabor y poca variedad en alimentos. Los camastros de la alberca y playa son muy viejos, sucios y muchos no tienen sombrilla. Por último, en recepción hay muy poco personal, nadie de orienta sobre la fila correcta y varias personas se colaban en la fila y todo se veía como un total desorden y falta de comunicación a los huéspedes. Nadie pero nadie se ofreció a ayudarnos con nuestras maletas para llevarlas a la habitación.

This hotel is extremely old and dirty, seems it hasn’t been restored or updated since its opening. The bathroom tub was amazingly rusty, the curtains didn’t work. Hair dryer and iron available only if you sign a document and they telling you that you need to give them back, that’s ridiculous. This is a hotel that I will NEVER come back and that I DO NOT recommend at all.
