Fantastic customer services who lead us from lobby to hotel as the walking distance from lobby to hotel was quite a distance. Venetian macau even prepared balloons because I’m celebrating my birthday & complimentary cake & photo. Room is big and nice. Great job!! Thank you Venetian macau for the good experience!

I was in Macau when Venetian was being built and open many years ago. 1st time to stay. Room was good size and plenty of space. Starting to look its age needs a refurbishment after all these years. Having said that it was still good.
