The room is impressively stylish in design and spacious overlooking the Eiffel Tower and Cotai. Staff are all very friendly from bell boy, to those giving directions, to receptionist. The suite’s living room, walk in closet and bedroom all have big splendid window view. We enjoyed the amenities in the bathtub and shower are excellent comfy and good quality. The only thing is the sinks are not that well in draining away the water. The shopping like Donki and restaurants have a lot of good options. Cinema has good sound system and is walking distance.

Unacceptable experience - almost left me unshelter
This is such an unacceptable experience. I booked an non smoking room and only offered me a smoking room when I check in which give me no alternative besides accepting it. I accepted it under the pressure unless I decided to be unsheltered. They offer no refund and no compensation, which is not an experience from such a hotel .

Front check in staff was not very helpful. Not only did she speak very quietly (could barely hear her), but when I asked her for recommendations for restaurants or events, she couldn’t name a single thing and wanted to simply get to the next customer. Hotel itself is okay though but the first impression was not great.
