Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
They were so rude the employees but the manager she was the rudest of them all had no care on that the AC had broken they wanted us to stay like that all night and wait till the morning because he was sleeping when it happened also we stayed there for more than 2 weeks and not once did they come to the room and get us towels or service the room I had to go and get it from them never staying with them again. Not to mention they made me sit outside with all my groceries because I hadn't paid the room and it was 10:28 and I needed my key to be reset so they told me I could sit out there until I paid the room mind you the room doesn't need to be paid till 11:00 so why did I have to sit outside with all my groceries let my ice cream melt not to mention how embarrassing that was and to be yelled at I'm 43 years old don't yell at me she was scolding me unprofessional is what they are and after that day she didn't want my payment anymore when we didn't do anything to them I kept to myself and still I'm bothered them I believe it was discrimination against racism if you ask me because that's how I felt only their people could be there how ugly is that it made me feel very uncomfortable like as if I did something wrong and I did nothing wrong my husband works a couple of days sure we paid by 12:00 but we still paid and yet they were still a problem not to mention when the air condition went out they told us that we could get it fixed by the morning because he was asleep can you believe
