Great stay in Coudersport
The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable and a great place to stay. Great location that provided easy access to places we wanted to visit. No issues at all with check-in or check-out. Loved the very eccentric artwork throughout the house. Highly recommend!

Fun Family Weekend in Coudersport
Visiting family in the area. Needed a nice space for 6 people. This property met our needs perfectly. It is conveniently located downtown across from the grocery store and comes well supplied with the basic essentials. I do love the "building a rainbow" poster in the kitchen. We were all enthralled with it.

This is a wonderful cottage for a family to kick back in Coudersport. There was ample room for the eight of us, and every space is whimsically decorated with wall art. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy breakfast and cook full meals, while the outdoor fireplace added another option to relax. What's more, the WiFi was even faster than at home! With the grocery store across the street and the pharmacy right around the corner, it was the ultimate in convenience during our stay. The cottage is also perfectly located for access to star-gazing venues such as Cherry Springs State Park. We highly recommend this property for families planning to stay in Coudersport.

Comfortable, clean, quiet - five (5) stars for small town bliss
This is a two story house with about three (3) steps to reach the front door. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and additional bedrooms, including the master, and bathroom on the second floor. We visited in July and enjoyed a couple of very pleasant days and nights here. I recommend it if you need a clean, quiet place to stay in the area. The house is not fancy but well maintained and clean. The kitchen had every pot, pan and tool we needed, along with a coffee maker and a generous supply of coffee and sweeteners. The first floor and upstairs bedrooms are cooled by window AC units that worked very well. The front of the house doesn't have a lot of "curb appeal" because it (very conveniently) has a small supermarket directly across the street. But the street is quiet and the backyard is a great place to sit and enjoy the weather. There are plenty of outdoor chairs and a fire-pit. We enjoyed watching the large screen TV in the first floor living room and were able to access all of our streaming subscriptions through it. There are original paintings thought the house - someone there is a talented artist. We slept in the king sized bed upstairs and is was very comfortable. There is a driveway for off street parking, which we found very convenient. While visiting we toured the Eliot Ness Museum - which you can see from the front door - it's that close. If you like history, call Steve at the museum and make an appointment to visit. Five (5) stars.

Better than the pictures!
Such a treat to walk in to find such a quaint artsy house, amazing bed (s), and claw foot tub. It is on a main road, but it gets dark and quiets down quickly. Coffee machine is awesome and they stock it with various types of coffees and teas. Super clean! . It I is super close to great hiking and star gazing!
