Charming house in a quiet location in the Commune of Coulonges.
On the edge of the Brenne Regional Nature Park, this large 4-bedroom house is ideally located.
As a family or with friends, a volleyball net where you can also play badminton and a goal for playing football.
The property is set in fully fenced grounds of around 1200m².

On the ground floor you will find : Living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher), 1 bedroom with double bed (160cm), 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), bathroom with bath, separate WC, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Séjour en famille
Superbe week-end dans un logement tout équipé aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Grand terrain clôturé où notre bouvier bernois a pu profité du jardin. Très agréable pour passer un week-end au calme en famille. Je recommande.
