Amazing water tower near to London and the South Downs.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. light and airy which has stunning panoramic views over 180 acres of greenbelt with easy reach of a train station to London or the coast and the M25/M23.

A glass lift elevates you to the 3rd floor where you there is an open-plan Lounge/Diner with a kitchen fitted with washer/dryer, hob and oven. There is a feature spiral staircase rising up to a generous double bedroom with built-in wardrobes to one wall and an en-suite bathroom.

Views over 180 acres of greenbelt with lots of great walks and a village shop within a couple of minutes walk.

At present the internal staircase is broken so unusable however the external staircase gives access to the upper floor via the corridor using the thick key. We are trying to get this fixed as soon as possible!

Coulsdon mini break
The property is in a great location and a unique experience staying in a converted water tower. Sadly the experience left us feeling that we would not stay again. Muddled instructions on how to find the property (is it on floor 2 or 3 of the tower?), unclear where to park, sleeping area without any curtains, utensils very basic (no chopping board), tv gets about 5 channels, cleanliness very poor (tooth paste in the sink on the taps and mirror and the kitchen surfaces not up to standard. The kitchen area just needs a good cleaner to sort it out before the next guests arrive. Such a shame as the location was perfect for us but we are unlikely to stay again.

Lovely building and flat 2 is fine for four. Location is great. It’s a peaceful village and great spot for relaxing.
