Worked for me, but know you get what you pay for

Convenient location when passing thru. Quick check in. Rooms feel dated. Hot water barely existed, toilet paper was wet before use, shampoo bottle was used and empty. The bed worked fine, no complaints there. The breakfast looked and tasted like it was from the day before and I got there 30 minutes after it started

This property is a very utility, average property. It is around truck stops, so if you want a quiet place, this is definitely not the area for you. The pool area was operational, but had a large construction project going on in the immediate area.

An older structure but our room (146) was clean and fairly large. I requested a room close to an outside door (for my elderly, arthritic dog's convenience). The receptionist knew of my request and made it happen. Thanks! Would stay again.
