Upon check in, they told me they had over booked and gave my room to someone else, even though I had reserved this room several weeks prior. She tried to tell me she would give me a room with two fulls instead of a king for same price. I told her if she was downgrading me then I would need some money back. She spoke with her manager and I received an upgrade instead. Very nice people.

When me and my family arrived at the hotel at check in the women at the front desk told me I was unable to stay in the room I booked then put me us in another room. Me and my family laid down to goto bed when we noticed bed bugs in both the beds. When we went down to the front desk to tell them our room had bed bugs the man at the front desk said what room we were in before we could even tell him. It's almost like this room was a know problem. After being at this hotel for only 3-4 hours we decided it was best to pack up and head home.

Check in was fine. The people at check in were difficult to understand.We lijed the room. But from 1-2am. People were very noisie in tge hall. Banging doors. Loud talking and loud up and down the halls. It is the front desk help to STOP this. Nothing was done!! If we stay here again. We will select an upstairs room.In hopes it will be QUIETIER! The bed and pillows are GREAT.Room is clean. So Mist all Was ok! No odd smells in the room. The room is Good

Three stars- they did not give me the room I reserved which had a kitchen area. When we got into the room we called them and the front desk said I will call you back. We waited and finally gave up. I did not get the room I reserved. The toilet seat was plastic(cheap) and was not securing properly. I had to secure it many times. The ice machine was dirty. The cleaning staff were prompt and helpful!

Asked for a change of bedding at the front desk, house keeping never came and never cleaned our room or even made our bed with the old bedding. Closet door didn't close. Shower door extremely loud when opening and closing. Stains on the carpet. Very limited options at breakfast almost everything was out and we went at 8am. Areas dirty throughout the hotel. Had to ask to eat dinner in the dining area.

Overall a clean hotel with comfortable beds. That being said, the air conditioning unit in our room was leaking water and the carpet was soaked and starting to smell like mildew. The leak was fixed at our request, but the carpet remained wet during our stay.

Mediocre facility
Breakfast was very disappointing - no fresh fruit, miserable coffee, limited choice of pastry/breads/bagels, etc. Most unsatisfactory and not all like most Comfort Inns. Room was good but a strange configuration of the bathroom. Nice linens and a good bed.
