To start with I couldn't check in, the counter was empty, I waited for 40 minutes, I called the hotel number, I decided to leave and stay at another hotel, it's the second time I'll use it.

When we arrived 8:30 there was no one at the desk. Lights were out. There was sign to call a number no one answered 3x. Our reservation was prepaid. Would have left after a couple minutes otherwise. Finally someone who looked impaired showed up to check us in 20 minutes later. Every time we saw him over our stay head down on the table with the lights out. Seemed he came in about 3. So essentially an unconscious person. I requested the hotel manager different times. They assured me she would call. They even said she left a message, but no call. 3rd floor of the hotel had a strong marijuana smell. There are signs all over nonsmoking/no vaping. A guy stood at the desk talking to staff actively vaping. The breakfast was decent. Very poorly managed hotel.

Our first room had bed bugs. We had to be moved late at night with 2 sleeping kids. The hallways were full of trash. It is dark everywhere in the hotel.

Property was dirty. Room was dirty, stains on the walls that looked like food. Back door was not locked and lock was broken. Bathroom ceiling was literally peeling and falling off. Disgusting.
