The bed sheets were dirty. I contacted front desk to bring clean linens to change the bed myself. The guy forgot the pillow cases, when i called again, the head staff guy said i would have to come and get them myself. I said a few words and hung up. I know he understands english because i got a knock on the door in minutes. The guy doing all the running, In his defense, he was a nice guy, not sure he spoke much english though. The pet fee was $25 and my dog was cleaner than the room because she didnt like the top comforter. Prior Navy, I've lived all over the world, been all along the I-90 corridor for 40 yrs and literally just got back from Uganda Africa and had a better experience for the money. As soon as I saw the parent company's name on the wall, I knew who i was dealing with. I should have sucked up the money and drove on, but it was already late in the evening.
