When I checked in at the front desk, I was charged again for the room I had booked online & paid for at that time, at that time I was informed that my card would be on file for incidentals, I was not told that they were charging my card $200 for said incidentals at check in I requested a late ✔️ out of noon & was told that was fine & would not be an issue. Once I was in the room I found the TV did not work, & talked to the night clerk & asked to be moved to another room with a working TV. Was then told no, they could not move me, & they were sorry about the TV not working but I was more of less just out of luck. In the morning, I was sleeping and the house keeper let himself into the room, then told me check out was at 11, it was 10:50 at this time. The front desk called the room reminding me that check out is at 11, and I reminded him that I was a late check out for noon. While on the phone with the clerk/owner I addressed the issue of the TV not working and was wanting to be compt for the room and the inconvenience for not having a TV that was in working condition. The owner/ clerk had then Started to argue with me, I hung up the phone. 2 minutes later he was knocking at the door, & when I answered the door, he pushed himself into the room, & continued to want to argue about my request to have my room compt'ed & that if this was an issue I should have said so at ✔️ in. I felt bullied as well as attacked. I left the motel @11:20 am. Very upset, my personal space violated.

If you’re desperate for a room, it’s better than nothing. We booked a 2 night stay, arrived late at night and once we saw the hotel itself and the rooms we decided that we would only stay there that night. We literally booked another room ant a different hotel for our 2nd night and spent an extra $200 just because this hotel was THAT bad. The beds looked dirty and were uncomfortable. The entire hotel is VERY outdated and the parking lot is nasty and falling apart. I would not recommend this hotel, period.

I walked into the room to use the bathroom. Sink had hair, tub had hair, and the mirror had hair. I inspected the beds and beds had hair! The microwave was dirty on the inside. The hotel put me in another room. The second room had a dirty toilet, a dirty microwave, hair in the tub and the fridge was dirty. I told the staff and they said “it’s our housekeeper”. No compensation. Nothing. The worker told me that all the rooms are this way.

This is an older motel, so it comes with the same problems as all aged motels have. Staff was very pleasant. The room was clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast selections are what you expect. The pool area is good. We didn’t use it this stay, but have previously. It is next door to great bar and grill with wonderful food. Diary Queen is locates across the parking lot. Two food location’s within walking distance.

Everything in the room was dirty and stained. Two of the lamps didn't work. Sheets on the bed were decolored and stains on the blankets. The WIFI was so slow it barely worked and the AC unit was load and sounded like it was breaking. It is a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for but I would never go back. Not a good place to stay for any price.

I stay here every other weekend about with my kids the staff is great nobody really bothers you and have a swimming pool The only downfall at all if there is one is sometimes the high speed internet lags and my son trying to Play PlayStation online gets upset because he can't Play his game online besides that is great
