My experience was disappointing. I reserved a non smoking room and as soon as I walked in the smell was unbearable. I talked to the front desk and since it was the weekend everything was booked and they couldn't provide a different room they gave me a spray to kill the smell but of course that didn't work. I spent three nights there and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The toilet was leaking and it wasn't flushing properly. The shower also had a leak. The only good thing I have to say is about the people that work there. Everyone did their best. The complementary breakfast was more than decent, it definitely not disappoint. I have learned that reviews are deceiving. Honestly I wish I'd stayed at a different place. Live and learn.

I got a ticket for parking a straight (box) truck, even I asked the girl at the reception two times to print me a paper, to put on the windshield. I saw that each semi truck had it printed, but she told me it was only needed for 18 wheelers. In the morning, there was only an explanation that this was happening for the second time, as well as an apology, that's all.

Staff can really make or break a hotel experience. Staff here was really lovely, not just the front desk maintenance staff and kitchen staff were all very nice. I really great appreciate customer service especially when traveling. So a big thank you to them. I also left two of my jackets behind after check-out and was able to go back and get them well into the evening and they were folded nicely. At a “nicer” hotel my items were stolen. Thanks so much for great service.
