Located in a quiet area of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this pleasant 30 m² flat sleeps 2 people and is just 30 m from the beach. It has a friendly atmosphere and is being gradually renovated by the owners.
You will have all the necessary comfort for a successful stay: living room and pleasant loggia, equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a travel cot, a bathroom with shower and a loggia. Bicycle room.
Bed linen and towels are extra.

Emplacement tres bien, calme, plage, proche centre ville par le chemin de la plage, loggia agreable par beau temps. Mais tout ceci est à nuancer à cause de l'état de l'appartement.

Appartement très bien conçu où il n'y a que la promenade à traverser pour rejoindre la plage et la mer. Parking privé à disposition. Les commerces à environ 15/20 mn de marche très agréable avec un très beau marché 2 fois par semaine. Belle région Normande. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés.

Location sympa, propre et bien aménager. Proche plage même si l appartement ne donne pas sur la mer. Non loin des plages du débarquement. Pleins de balades à faire et de choses à visiter.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce petit appartement très clair, meublé avec amour et très proche de la plage. Les procédures d'arrivée et de départ sont hyper simples et il y a un parking privé. La gestionnaire est très accueillante et très accessible pour d'éventuelles questions. Je conseille !
